I still stand by the theory that Trump could have campaigned as a loyal free trader and had the exact same results.  People wanted his attitude, brassness and outsider rhetoric.  The issues didn't matter, and his actual policy views won't carry over past his Presidency.  He's Teddy Roosevelt.
