Which Class 1 Senators will announce their retirement or run for another office in 2018? And who has a good chance of replacing them in the Senate?

Menendez and Cardin, likely. Feinstein is another possibility, but I wouldn't be surprised if she does run. Hatch has all but broken his promise.

Sounds like Orrin Hatch will run after all. Menendez and Cardin are probables. Carper, maybe. I hope Feinstein does but she might be a "leave in a hearse" sort of Senator. King and Nelson are old enough to retire but Nelson's indicated he'll run again and King's only had the one term. Isn't there a strong rumour that Corker runs for Governor? Ditto Casey I guess.

Corker and Casey have already filed to run, but we'll see.

Despite defeating Frank Moss in the 1976 Elections, saying that you should call a three term Senator home, Hatch may run for yet another term in 2018.

I will not be in Utah at that time, but I will support any effort to keep him from an eighth term in office.

Not that they matter, but I could see Carper (DE) and Wicker (MS) decide to call it a career

McCaskill's too stubborn to see the writing on the wall [and let Mr. Kander take another whack] and Feinstein's too well-rooted AND stubborn. I could see Feinstein become the longest-served woman.

Hope you're right with the others though

Menendez is only retiring if he sees legal trouble for himself, otherwise he'd only be 64 and likes his job.

Cardin (D-MD)
Corker (R-TN)
Feinstein (D-CA)
Hatch (R-UT)
Menendez (D-NJ)

I think these will be the retirees for the 2018 Senate cycle.

Davis (D-IL)
Love (R-UT) (runs for U.S. Senate if Hatch retires)
Noem (R-SD)
Slaughter (D-NY)
Titus (D-NV) (runs for U.S. Senate)

These are a few of guesses for the U.S. House

Corker might become Trump's Secretary of State. I would like Sanford Kahn (R-CA) from Long Beach to run for US Senate in 2018.

McCaskill (hopefully)
Carper (hopefully)

Not sure why people here think McCaskill will retire. She's said five times now that she will run for reelection.

Carper, Cardin, and Feinstein.

I would include Hatch but all indications are that he's gonna run again.

I think Corker and Haslam may agree to swap jobs. I hope Carper and Cardin retire.

Sandoval and Heller too, maybe?

Nah, Sandoval strikes me as done with this stuff. If Heller chooses to for Governor then it's probably an open field for Senate.

I can't think of two Senators who matter less. Markell would be the natural fit out of DE

Carper, Cardin, and Feinstein.

I would include Hatch but all indications are that he's gonna run again.

If Carper runs for Senate look for Ken Simpler to run for an Open House seat of Rochester runs for the seat.

I think there is a slightly above average chance for freshman Senator that Hirono decides not to run again (a la Dan Coats). I imagine she'll serve another term, given how strapped Hawaii is for Seniority in Congress, but you never know. Ambition among young upstarts is always a thing in Hawaii, so she could get a serious or non-serious challenge from someone in the primary.
