Cardin (D-MD)
Corker (R-TN)
Feinstein (D-CA)
Hatch (R-UT)
Menendez (D-NJ)

I think these will be the retirees for the 2018 Senate cycle.

Davis (D-IL)
Love (R-UT) (runs for U.S. Senate if Hatch retires)
Noem (R-SD)
Slaughter (D-NY)
Titus (D-NV) (runs for U.S. Senate)

These are a few of guesses for the U.S. House

Carper, Cardin, and Feinstein.

I would include Hatch but all indications are that he's gonna run again.

If Carper runs for Senate look for Ken Simpler to run for an Open House seat of Rochester runs for the seat.
