Atlas' favorite countries: Eastern Africa

Turnout was pretty low in the last thread, so I'm hoping more people participate in this one (though I do understand that some people are still digesting the results of the election.)

Southern Africa results:
✓Botswana - 61.5%
South Africa 38.5%

This one has a lot of countries, so it's a tougher call. (The run-off may include three countries, if the results of this poll are ambiguous enough) I'll go with Rwanda, since things have gotten quite a bit better there since the genocide of the 1990s. I like Tanzania quite a bit too, though. Three days to vote.
