I'm all for protests but this seems counterproductive.

Well we were told that Republicans voting against a debt ceiling increase were terrorists even though obama voted against one too. Is over the top hyperbole from partisan hacks that surprising?

I strongly support such measures. Blocking roads, standing outside of malls and assaulting shoppers trying to enter, etc, etc, are acts of terrorism. The definition of terrorism is to terrorize and intimidate people through use of force or threats.

I'd support such a bill if passed in Florida and I ought to start writing some legislators right now. I already have a fairly direct pipeline to Senator Brandes if I really wanted to make a movement out of this.

I've consistently voiced my support for the BLM movement, but part of the reason why I refuse to outright embrace it or attend solidarity protests is because of the way they often protest. I was very glad to see that the FSU anti-Trump/BLM rallies that have taken place all week were either on Legacy Walk or on the steps of the old State Capitol.

I'm all for the right to protest peacefully and spontaneously, but I don't think one has the right to block traffic, invade private businesses or even communities, etc, etc.

Is it fun to you?  Are you having fun?  This sh**t is serious.  And I have a feeling the "greater" America gets, the less even you'll want to live here anymore.

I support protests but not when they cause physical or economic damages to others.
I wouldnt call it economic terrorism or support felony charges though. Depending on the extent of damages it should differ but in most cases a fine should be sufficient.
