I've had a few dreams after death (I don't die in any of my dreams, which is rather odd)...

It's kind of boring...

Once there was a football/soccer game between Heaven and Hell...

Generally color. Might be blurry or in poor lighting, but no black and white.

I wonder if people dreamt more in black and white back when TVs were all black and white?

I vote black and white.  I think they're mostly just images, not necessarily in black and white, but color is irrelevant to the dream.  The emotion or idea is what drives it.  I think they are usually black and white, but have a tint of color.  More like a color, but everything is pale.

Then again, I don't remember most dreams well.
