only if every person with more wealth in assets has had their things seized and redistributed (to be given to poorer persons) to a point lower than his that would necessitate further seizure and redistribution - unlikely. i am not quite sure why the op singles out this particular forum user.
The things he posts are all "Super evil rich capitalist pig out of soviet propaganda". He said that america stopped being great when marginal income taxes for the rich went up recently or something laughably ridiculous like that.
