For US discussion plus a few other countries (the UK especially) its better than old Atlas: mostly because a lot of good posters have transitioned to mostly posting there and the noise/good post ratio is lower. For some countries here is better simply because of the volume of conversation is higher - probably the main weakness. Overall; good.
