Mostly Pro-Choice, though past a certain point in the pregnancy it should only be allowed in cases when the mother's life is in danger.

"I think there should be some form of abortion access beyond the most extreme circumstances, but I wouldn't call myself "Pro-Choice".

First 6-8 weeks yes, afterwards no (unless the mother's life is in danger).

Pro-Life.

- Believe life starts at conception
- Believe Roe v. Wade should be overturned
- Support a federal abortion ban (w/ exceptions for rape and mother's life)
- Support contraception and birth control (but oppose the abortion pill)
- Support adult stem cell research but oppose embryonic stem cell research

We really can not expect the government to micromanage every single form of morality.

Abortions will still occur even if it is illegal, and they would not be safe.

Oh also, do not try to compare to this someone murdering someone as a reason why abortion should be entirely illegal. Those are two very different issues.

If you do not like abortions, don't have one.

If you do not like guns, don't own one.

If you do not like gay marriage, do not marry someone of your same gender.

If you do not like weed, do not smoke it.

if you do not like alcohol, do not drink it.

Easy.

Politically 100% pro-choice, but I recuse myself from taking a moral position because A. I'm a man, so my opinion doesn't really matter in the first place, B. I don't take my morals from religious doctrine and C. because I can't quite distinguish exactly what my position is. I don't like the idea of abortion, but hard truths are often found in the "real world" and I accept that.

So far, its about 2:1, the same margin on most L/R issues. There are probably as many Catholic/Catolicish people as Libertarians.

Pro-choice for the first 24-32 weeks. Allow states to ban it post-32 weeks with exemptions for rape, health of the mother, and life of the mother.

Pro-choice except for partial-birth and except for after the third trimester begins. Also pro-Planned Parenthood.

The raps on embryonic stem cell research and birth control aren't really the same.

The raps on embryonic stem cell research and birth control aren't really the same.

They both do not harm implanted embryoes and their ethical signicance is that they both prevent an embryo from ever being implanted. Embryonic stem cell treatments are not directly derived that way.

Pro-choice....but...I am personally against it for religious reasons, but it's not my right to force a woman not to have one or limit her rights to one.

Other: Pro-abortion as a compromise solution - make abortions mandatory, and don't give women choice in the matter.  I like to satisfy both sides. Smiley Smiley

Pro-choice 100% in the first two trimesters.  Third trimester abortions would need a specific, pertinent reason.

Literature that promotes adoption and expanded welfare targeted at helping mothers to be feel more secure in their (and dad and the kids(s), for example) finances and health are both necessary components as well.

Call me a moderate hero on abortion I guess.  Safe, legal, and rare.

I know...that was a joke my ex's dad would say when he said he was "too conservative" for the Republican Party.
