By the way, according to the wiki both Washington and Colorado have laws against faithless electors. I don't know details, though.

Washington just has a $1,000 fine for faithless electors.

According to this, if a Colorado elector tries to vote faithlessly, they get replaced. But logistically, I don't understand how that could happen.
