I'm still shocked that Elliott County swung as hard as it did. 70-26 R from 49-47 D.

Also Trumbull County, OH. Went from 60.5-37.5 D to 51-44 R. Or for that matter, Mahoning and Lackawanna counties. I expected swings to Trump, but it's still shocking to see how huge they were.

Kennebec County, Maine
Sullivan County, New Hampshire
Essex County, Vermont
Windham County, Connecticut

I don't see how Orange County was that shocking.

Nelson Co. and my former residence of Lynchburg, VA

The former was a strong D county, while the latter is Southern Evangelical R turf.

Yet both were in roughly the same percentage area for Trump.

Honestly I was shocked when Trump won counties in Connecticut (other than the one in the NW corner), Vermont, and Rhode Island. Also NE Ohio and NE Pennsylvania. And then because of that, I expect very good results for Trump in the rest of the country, but struggles in Texas and Arizona.

Ahstabula County swung very hard right (and flipped).

Here's a list of some surprises I found while aimlessly clicking around the results (those in blue flipped to Clinton):

(and this is just in the west+plains+minnesota - there are a ton more i just got lazy)

Grays Harbor, WA
Columbia, OR
Nevada, CA
Fresno, CA
Blaine, MT
Los Animas, CO
Valencia, NM
Hidalgo, NM
Jefferson, TX
Thurston, NE
Roberts, SD
Day, SD
Marshall, SD
Ransom, ND
Sargent, ND
Koochiching, MN
Kittson, MN
Mahnomen, MN
Norman, MN
Swift, MN
Mower, MN

Basic criteria was double or high single digit swing + flip

Fresno didn't flip, it voted for Obama in 2012 albeit narrowly.

Michigan-
Sorry to be such a local yokel, but Washtenaw County voting more D than Wayne County. Macomb going 10 points more R than Oakland, the biggest gap between the two counties since 1968. Lapeer going more Republican than Livingston. Also, Ottawa County (most Republican county in MI for many years) not even in the top 5 for Trump.

As per city/town results, Cambridge, MA giving Trump just 6%. This shows a complete lack of support among university students. In 1984, Reagan got 23.4% in the untra-liberal city, probably much of it from MIT students and associates.

Erie County, PA. I was not surprised by the winner, but by the margin in Suffolk County, NY.

That's a much bigger surprise than Orange County, CA.

All those rural Utah Counties which still went very very lopsided for Trump. Seems like the White Working Class love for Trump really stuck.

But you look at Weber, Davis, Utah and especially Salt Lake, Trump struggled.

It's not even in the top thirty.

Trump winning Macomb County,MI by 11% points.

That might be the most populated county that swung that hard to Trump. The swing there alone from 2012 generated more than Trump's MI margin.

True, and that is remarkable considering that in the now ancient-history election of 1976, Ottawa, MI was the 4th most Republican county in the nation.

I would have listed Kent County, but honestly if RI was way closer than usual it makes sense that Trump wins a county.

I was surprised by Robeson, NC going not only for Trump, but also McCrory and Burr. I know Hillary underperformed among Native Americans, but Jill Stein wasn't a factor here.

Trump winning Macomb County,MI by 11% points.

That might be the most populated county that swung that hard to Trump. The swing there alone from 2012 generated more than Trump's MI margin.

I do recall Ashtabula, OH having the highest swing among counties over a certain size, but it's smaller (though swung stronger) than Macomb.
