Health care, with social welfare a close second.

The Bill of Rights. Of this list that most likely means SCOTUS since candidates from both parties like to call for SCOTUS Justices to obliterate the parts of the Bill of Rights they hate. Usually Dems hate the 1st and 2nd Amendments and part of the 5th, and Pubs hate the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments.

LGBTQ.  It's the reason I got into politics.  It's my litmus test of good and evil.

If a candidate did not support a particular piece of pro-LGBTQ legislation (even bill amendments) or has a position which I feel in any way threatens or hurts the Community, that person is someone I can never support in any way.

I put the Community first before party.  I'd vote for a Charlie Dent than I would a Dan Lipinski.

Life, hands down, though it is far from the only important issue

1. Abortion
2. Religious Liberty
3. Gun rights
4. Immigration - I favor a tight border, little to no amnesty, fewer H1B visas, and a strong crackdown on employers who hire illegal immigrants
5. Foreign policy - prefer a less interventionist role in affairs
6. Economics - I favor economic centrists with a focus on keeping the deficit small

I wish I could say education, but few politicians seem to really understand the educational problems facing our country. So I'll go with economics and civil rights.

Civil rights of all stripes. Additionally, any politician that wishes to needlessly entangle state matters with religiously grounded lawmaking is an automatic no-go for me.

Whether they have a (Lab) next to their name. (hack)

There are a few odd issues. Like, if I was American I would refuse to vote for any candidate who denied climate change, but that isn't really an issue here unless for some bizarre reason I was considering a UKIP voter. But yeah, the (Lab) is an indication they are in the party that I support with the manifesto I largely support, so the decision isn't really very difficult.

other-liberty/integrity

I vote for the person who is more likely to give liberty out than take it away.  Unless there is something wrong with them from an integrity standpoint, then I vote for the next in line on the liberty equation.  There are probably a few other issues that would make me not vote for someone...if they wanted out of NATO for example.

I've actually given this a lot of consideration and I'd have to say the Supreme Court. It is probably my singular disappointment and dread as a result of this election. Roe v. Wade probably doesn't even register in the top 10 decisions I fear. If things get really bad, I wonder if even Obergefell stands. My ultimate fear is the the undoing of the Warren Court's vast expansion of civil liberties and the potential return to the pre-1937 Lochner Era. Minimum wage laws could be ruled categorically unconstitutional, "right-to-work" could be imposed nationwide, child labor laws could be struck down, and even Medicare and Social Security could be wiped out. In terms of civil liberties, I could see Gideon, Mapp, Miranda, and Griswold overruled.
