Holding off on the west for now, but premature totals on the other three regions. The Northeast includes Maryland, Delaware, and DC. The Midwest includes Missouri.

Northeast

Clinton: 14,984,765 (55.6%)
Trump: 10,865,762 (40.3%)

Total: 26,958,577

South

Trump: 24,565,864 (53.6%)
Clinton: 19,560,787 (42.7%)

Total: 45,836,139

Midwest

Trump: 15,428,884 (49.7%)
Clinton: 13,948,824 (44.9%)

Total: 31,051,419

The country may have only swung 2-3 points more right from 2012, but the Midwest swung 8 points right (Obama won overall by 3 in 2012) and the south only 1 point (Romney won by 10). The West probably swung a few points Democratic, I'm guessing Clinton won by 15 or so (Obama won by 11).

New England

Clinton: 3,980,675 (56.3%)
Trump: 2,706,436 (38.3%)

Total: 7,071,052

Democratic swings in Massachusetts (especially around Boston) and in SW Connecticut counterbalanced Republican swings most elsewhere.

The regional PVI swings are quite stark. Here is the map showing the net change in PVI and the new PVI table (updated 11/24) from posts I made on the Political Geography board.

Here's my table based on the current numbers on Leip's page.
