Well, who knows what will happen after the WWIII? I mean, the first question should be, which of these countries will still exist?

Twice as nationalist.

Not sure why Belgium would be "cosmopolitan". It has strong nationalist movements and would likely not exist as a unit in 2020 anyway. The UK and Spain would of course be run by "liberal" elites (though corrupt in Spain, as always).

I mean Ireland won't have UKIP like movements, but it would be a stretch to call it 'cosnopolitain'.
