In raw votes, which counties were the closest in the country or had a <0.5% margin of victory for the winning candidate if large?

Saginaw County, MI was a fairly large one (Trump by 1).

Clark County Washington was a razer thin margin Hillary and trump only got 44% each Hillary won it by 325-450 votes

All counties decided within 0.5%:


Dang I knew that Clark was close but not that close plus it was the same margin in 2012 as well
