I say Yes, Romney winning would just make the chance of her wanting to run even greater than if he didn't run imo.

Depends on what Obama did.

I think Obama would be highly likely to try to pull a Cleveland in 2016, especially if 2012 was super close or had an EV/PV split.

I doubt Clinton would have wanted to go up against Obama again in 2016 after losing so bitterly in 2008.

I think so.

Keep in mind her husband unseated an incumbent President.

Even if President Romney were popular in May 2015, it doesn't mean the political environment would be the same in November 2016.

If there was an EV/PV split, it would have been against Romney. Romney needed to win the PV by over 1% to win the EC. Obama wouldn't run again. She would run in 2016 against Romney.
