Tough choice, but I'll take CT.  I have a lot of friends around here, and Montana is just full of cattle and sheep, LOL.  Wink

Montana. Connecticut is basically a giant suburb right?

No, this is a common misconception. There are a lot of rural areas in Connecticut.

Anyway, if it's temporary, Montana. If it's permanent, Connecticut.

Connecticut. Why would I want to leave the best region in the nation?

If I was rich, and could have a retreat somewhere? Montana hands down just for the fly fishing.

If I needed to work- Connecticut

Not quite. Certainly true of places like Fairfield County, but a lot of it is actually rather rural.

No, that's more like Rhode Island.

It's not really true of Rhode Island either. There are no states that are giant suburbs.

Both are interesting, but voted MT since I love the landscape there and the Rocky Mountains in particular (but Indian Summer is great as well).
