These were the Congressmen that voted against Pelosi during Heath Shuler's challenge:

Heath Shuler (Retired 2012)
John Barrow (Defeated 2014)
Mike Ross (Retired 2012)
Larry Kissell (Defeated 2012)
Mike McIntyre (Retired 2014)
Jim Matheson (Retired 2014)
Dan Boren (Retired 2012)
Joe Donnelly (Retired 2012)
Jim Cooper
Tim Holden (Defeated 2012)
Mike Michaud (Retired 2014)
Sanford Bishop
Dennis Cardoza (Retired 2012)
Peter DeFazio
Gabrielle Giffords (Resigned 2012)
Ron Kind
Dan Lipinski
Kurt Schrader
Jim Costa

I would assume Costa, DeFazio, Bishop, Lipinski, and Kind will back Ryan this time.

I am happily routing for Ryan simply because I want to usurp Rep. Pelosi.

So I'm in class but I saw on C-SPAN's website it says 9:00am. I assume that the vote is taking place now and people are awaiting results? Is there live blog/tweet coverage?

Pelosi has a slate of members nominating and speaking on her behalf: Moore, Pascrell, Clark, Castro, Dingell (2/)

Ed O'Keefe ‏@edatpost  6m6 minutes ago
Also Brady, Swawell, Frankel, Schakowsky (3/)

Ed O'Keefe ‏@edatpost  5m5 minutes ago
Pelosi was formally nominated to her caucus by @RepAdamSchiff (D-Calif.). (4/)

Ed O'Keefe ‏@edatpost  31s32 seconds ago
98 votes needed by Pelosi or Tim Ryan to win today. (5/)

Ed O'Keefe ‏@edatpost  1m1 minute ago
194 members of House D caucus. Non-voting delegates, like @EleanorNorton can vote in these elections, so up to 200 votes could be cast

Ed O'Keefe ‏@edatpost  16s16 seconds ago
Anything less than 130 votes would be a disappointment for Pelosi. Shuler got 43 when he challenged her back in 2010. (7/)

Source in room tells me Nancy Pelosi did not speak directly to her caucus but several members spoke on her behalf citing her experience

Tim Ryan is now getting nominated by his colleagues to run against Pelosi. Vote about to start

Paul Kane ‏@pkcapitol  36s36 seconds ago Washington, DC
Getting closer to actual voting in House Dem leader race. Ryan has taken privilege to speak on his own behalf. Rare in l'ship races.

Shouldn't be too long, but voting has officially now begun.

Pelosi's personal goal is 2/3 of the vote, which is 132 of the 198 present.

Ryan reportedly made his case by calling for accountability, pointing to the record low of seats, saying that Dems have lost middle America, that he "lost friends" this election, and that he has been silent for 3 cycles but cannot take it anymore.
