Here's something close to my ideal state map. One state is colored incorrectly by the app as I couldn't get Manhattan transferred, but the hand-filled map below it is accurate. It comes out to a slight Trump win (~280 EV), but is a clear win for an Obama-like candidate. Several of the states are easily winnable for a more conservative Democratic candidate.

How do you split states into multiple sections (i.e. California and Texas)?

The only way that I know of is to "give up" a different state and shift it into the state you want to split.

Interesting. You have 49 states here, correct? Or am I miscounting?

Yes, I ended up losing one and couldn't get it back unfortunately. I didn't mean to have only 49. I guess you could add Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands to get back to 50. Tongue

I think the least number of counties you need to change the election is 4 -- move the three panhandle Florida counties to Alabama and moving Camden County to Pennsylvania. Clinton wins.
You can do it with 3. Camden to PA, Lake to WI, and Lucas to MI.

If you don't care about contiguity, just move Los Angeles County to Texas, and Hillary wins.
