Seems it might be competitive for Democrats.

Anyone with deep Georgia knowledge know better than Roll Call?

This will be telling to see if Clinton suburban gains were actually democrat gains or just Trump losses that won't be permanent.

There's some strange rhetoric in there that nationalizing the race isn't how to win, but Price easily beat his opponent when Clinton-Trump was decided by a margin if 1%.

Because of turnout patterns the special election is almost impossible. By 2020 if Trump is unpopular this definitely could flip though.

Price'a opponent was a nobody who barely ran a campaign

Former SOS Karen Handel seems in.

It will probably be 2-3 candidates now. Handel probably has the early edge seeing that in the last 2 GOP primaries she has done a pretty good job in the Atlanta suburbs.

Do Jason Carter, Michelle Nunn, or David Adelman live in the part of Atlanta in this district?

No, but I believe Scott Holcomb does

Indeed he does. And he seems at least somewhat interested:

here's hoping that Mike Pence Jr. isn't the only successful Holcomb in politics!
