Paul continued growing the libertarian movement after Ron's retirement. Johnson had the largest vote total of any libertarian nominee. Both are integral figures in libertarianism. Voted for Paul because I agree with him more on certain issues.

Johnson (Libertarian R) is better from a policy perspective, and I voted for him (in this and reality), but Rand is both more electable and just a better presenter.

I'm a pro-choice centrist libertarian. My views are closer to Johnson's.
