Don't Republicans love big business? Actually, that would be bad for the pharmaceutical industry. They'll have something to say about people dying off early, don't cha think? More like, live as long as you can so we have time to clean out your bank account!

Well I think the sign is meant to mean - the poors can die quickly.  They don't have big bank accounts.

OK. Yeah then, get those do nothing loafer free-loaders outta here, fast! But don't forget to ban abortions along the way so we can replace the dead ones with even MORE loafer free-loaders to drain our resources.

Regardless of what they end up doing, nobody's quality of life should go down because of it. They should only improve the set up we have now.

And especially if they can't actually get any changes made til a couple of years down the road, by that time Obamacare will be even more entrenched. And people who have health care now will be dependent upon it to a serious degree.
