I am working away at the moment, and every morning at 5am, I have an animal that is making a noise near my room.

It's either a bird, lizard or a frog and the noise appears to be coming from beneath the bathroom.

It sounds like aaaarrrddt, aaaarrddt, aaaarddt. Usually between 3-9 repeats and it is done.

The only thing is, it happens every day at the same time.

Anybody know what sort of animal this would be?
