Will the internet be accessible from a nuclear bunker in four to eight years? *wonders*

No, seriously, no. Obama will look like Baby Jesus in the manger compared to the incoming trainwreck, planewreck, and car crash all wrapped up in a bowtie.

Obama is top 3. Trump will probably be top 5, but he could surprise me.

Obama isnt even in the top 20, and Trump will likely be in the bottom 10

I don't know but it will be funny to see a man who has been more obsessed with his legacy than any world leader over the past 40 years, watch as his few accomplishments get ripped up within the first few months after he leaves office

Yeah, that's real funny.
Especially when you consider how his legacy will be the retreat of the democratic party into coastal enclaves and record gun ownership

Obama's legacy will be rescuing the economy from the abyss but drift and failure in foreign policy.

I think Obama needs a lot of credit for not letting the economy that he inherited, tank to the bottom of the abyss.

He kept a steady hand while the economy recovered from the previous administration's folly. According to the news, unemployment rate is low and the economy is pretty strong now.

And he will be handing over to Trump an economy that Trump will take total credit for as it continues to get better.

Just ask him in 4 years and Trump will tell us that no thanks to Obama, he made America great again.

He won't be 1/1000th the President Obama has been.
All Trump has to do is show up and he'll be better than Obama.  Obama has been a puppet of Wall Street elites and globalists, pandering to the liberal special interests.
