“Ask a stupid question day” is a holiday that is sometimes celebrated in the United States, usually by school students and teachers. It is usually on September 28th. If it is on the weekend, people will celebrate it on the last school day of September. This holiday was created by teachers in the 1980s to encourage students to ask more questions in the classroom. At that time, some students didn't like to ask their teachers questions, just because they were afraid that their questions were stupid, and asking them would be laughed at. Now on this special day, children can do something unusual. For example, they ask stupid question and get a stupid answer, or they wear a T-shirt with the words “I'm stupid” on it.

Above is from an mp3, I'm not sure how to put an mp3 link here. The red sounds likee I'm with stupid" on it which make no sense to me.
