It would also be nice if you tell me Hillary's chance of winning all three of them.

It may as well be a negative number, since Trump is apparently making (tiny) gains over Hillary instead.

Nothing is going to change unless someone screwed with Milwaukee's absentee ballots on election day.

The margin is way too large for the recount to change the results. Anyone who thinks that any of these states will flip is incorrect.

0.0000%
No statewide recount has ever resulted in changing a margin by 1000 votes, much less the 10,000+ needed in WI

The only way the recounts change anything is if there was systematic fraud. I don't think anyone prominent on the left has stated otherwise.

So really the question at hand here is what the odds of the results have been systematically hacked are (and the odds that is discovered).

Given that we already know that one political party's servers/emails were systematically hacked in order to influence the election this year (an event which, bizarrely, didn't inspire national outrage among the entire country as opposed to only half the country), I think it's reasonable to put the odds around 5 percent, though I honestly have no way of knowing how to estimate this reliably.

Having correct counts, even if they don't overturn a state's winner, is in the interest of democracy. So, if mistakes or fraud are found, it was worth the effort.

unfortunately, recounts don't catch many of the methods by which an election can be tampered with

I think faithless electors has a better chance of flipping the election then a recount.
