He has been accused of some sort of rape or sexual assault by 60 women, most of whom came out of the woodwork years, if not decades later. Donald Trump so far has been accused of rape or sexual assault by some 15 women, and had been elected president. If Cosby is convicted, won't he think it's just another example of racism?

Isn't he literally dying? I've heard he's in really bad health (good riddance if such). Who would even run with him, assuming he lives until 2020?

EDIT: I am being sarcastic by way of taking it far too seriously.

Only if he dies soon. People love the dead, and that'll get people to remember the good things he was responsible for. (Or not. Didn't happen to Jimmy Seville, won't happen to his American counterpart.)

He's living too long after his crimes, and the image of him being a monster is becoming firmly fixed in American culture. If he had prompted dropped dead a day before or after the first woman coming forward, its likely his reputation would have stayed stellar.
