Well, the last poll ended in a tie, so it looks like we'll have to do another poll to determine a winner. I've added an "other/tie" option for those who would prefer a different country, or don't have a strong preference. I'm trying to see if this will tip the balance at all, since the thread before the run-off also resulted in a tie between Botswana and Ethiopia. If this poll results in yet another tie, I might just have to call both of them the winners. I'll let this one run for three days, so that more people have a chance to vote.
