"Congrats President Trump" was appropriate for November 9th, there isn't a need for congratulations anymore. It's been long over since shortly after midnight on the 8th, there was never anything new that was going to come about but kicking and screaming from the far left after a formidable and impressive win, lol.

The question is, how much of this money is actual money in the recount coffers, and how much of this money is simply in money that has been pledged to the recount effort.
