I could have sworn there was a previous runoff with >2 options. Maybe I'm just insane.

Yeah, 2004 was because (I think idk) 2nd and 3rd were exactly tied.

Interestingly enough, a few years ago, Nathan and I (as I recall) were pitted against each other in one of those Forum GE's often hosted on the Matchups sub-board.
