I mean, she was on the ballot so she was a candidate and since she feels aggrieved, I don't know what the problem is.

She's not aggrieved as there's no chance of her winning.

Probably most... The Michigan court system is overrun with Republican appointees. Don't expect the Supreme Court to overrule the CoA.
