I have supported us finishing that bastard off since the US failed to do its' job the first time around. Bush did not start any war with Iraq. We were already in a state of war when Iraq decided to violate the ceasefire by firing upon our aircraft. So before you continue lying get your f'in facts straight or STFU, kthx.

There are real questions as to if she was undercover at the time of the Novack column, but my understanding of the statute was if she had been undercover within the past five years and assigned outside of the country.

There is a real question if she is covered by the act, though I have not seen evidence either way.

I cannot, at this point, state that a crime was committed, except the theoretical contempt by Miller.

What this Wilson mess is all about?
The Wilson mess is very simple:

A.   The Bush people badly wanted to go into Iraq from the very beginning in the end of Jan 2001.         (the reason why, is a different story)
B.   They needed a reasonable spin in order to sell this idea to the public.
C.   They found that WMD would be the best spin.
D.   So they invented the “Uranium from Niger”
E.   Wilson was about to be the spoiler of this “Shocking Story”
F.   The only way left was to purge Wilson
G.   And that’s what they tried to do.
