So with new Pritzker is getting support for a run for governor in 2018 this means that in 2018 the Dems could be looking at two wealthy businessmen running self funded campaigns for governorships with John Morgan in Florida and J.B. Pritzker in Illinois. So which one would have the better shot?

I highly suspect that Morgan will be the FDP's Jim Justice. On the other han, Pritzker might not even win his primary. Pretty easy vote for Morgan.
Really? Both Barack and Michelle won't run and Dick Durbin is ruled out as well who do you see beating J.B. then?

Both have a fairly decent chance of winning

Definitely Morgan (although he's far from a lock in the primary or the general), I doubt Pritzker would win the primary (although he'd probably beat Rauner, there will likely be much stronger candidates running).

I can tell you this; the Pritzker family is very well-known in Illinois, so I'm a bit skeptical that he would lose the primary, especially if a well-known name doesn't jump in.
