I remember Cathcon made some sorta post regarding outsiders and insiders. I don't remember it, so IIRC he'd be an outsider on principle.

Depends what we'd consider establishment or outsider in his case. Blairite Labour he'd be establishment and he'd be an outside, somewhat (but not ridiculously so), in Corbyn-led Labour.
