People like Ruben Diaz, Sr., he could. Not all Hispanics are monolithic. He'll do well with Jewish voters too. He'll do well in Woodlawn, Bronx. It would be competitive.

I lived in NYC for a half of my life. I lived there under the Giuliani years. They are some areas of NYC where Giuliani is revered, regardless of his Trump ties.
