Of course it's concerning. It's terrifying. It's just that most all of the country falls into one of three groups:

Trump cultists. Don't care about evidence. He could be chopping up live babies on TV and eating them for dinner in the Rose Garden and they'd be fine with it.

Desperate sane people. People who, no matter whether they love him or hate him, are terrified of the future. They are worried about different futures,  but their fears are similar. And their they want to believe that things will be some version of "okay" that they will blank out anything that contradicts their belief. Their belief that either he will really change things for the better (supporters) or not be any worse than a kind of clownish George W. Bush (opponents).

I think Russia hacking the US in order to influence it's presidential election is pretty damn concerning.

There is no higher road in politics. If Obama was a quarter the tyrant they accused him of being, he could have turned out to be a far more successful president. He learned the lesson too late however.

It's hard to imagine anything could have come out of the RNC emails that would be as embarrassing as what Trump himself was already saying.

Not sure why Obama also announced in separate news that they're going to investigate it, I'm guessing separately from the CIA? When here's also a CIA report leaked to the WP that concluded Russia wanted a Trump victory. Just officially release the CIA report! And this is something that should come out sooner than later.
