The resolution as it currently stands (I've used quotation boxes for convenience):
Amendments to the Official Senate Procedural Resolution[/b]

Section 1 – Elimination of the 24-Hour Waiting Period

1.   Article 3, Section 2, Clause 6 is hereby repealed and removed from the Official Senate Procedural Resolution.

2.   Article 3, Section 3, Clause 4 is hereby repealed and removed from the Official Senate Procedural Resolution.

3.   Article 3, Section 3, Clause 6 is hereby repealed and removed from the Official Senate Procedural Resolution.

4. Clauses 5 and 7 of Article 3, Section 3 of the Official Senate Procedural Resolution are hereby renumbered as Clauses 4 and 5, respectively.

Section 2 – Amendments to Articles 4 and 5
1. Article 4 and Clause 1 of Section 1, Article 5 are hereby repealed and replaced by the following:

1.  Article 6, Section 3, Clause 2 shall be amended to read:
