New York Rep. Vito Fossella (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn) decides to run for mayor against the billionaire mayor Michael Bloomberg and challenge him in the September 2005 primary. Who wins?

I think that Bloomberg would have won the G.O.P. primary against Fossella. Giuliani, who is friends with both Bloomberg and Fossella, would have stayed neutral.
