The president-elect picks Hillary Clinton to be in the administration in some way (but not as Secretary of State, and obviously not as VP).

Chairwoman of some group that creates "training videos" for prospective presidential candidates about what to do if they want to lose.

Barring that, probably ambassador to somewhere. Nothing terribly important, since she committed the unforgivable act of losing to Trump.
