After the Reagan vs. Thatcher thread, I realized that there were many more examples of US presidents and UK PM that mirror each other. During most of the years after 1945, when the POTUS is a democrat (republican), the UKPM is a labour (tory).
So, we can have many comparisons

George W. Bush left the White House in Jan 20th 2009. David Cameron became Prime Minister in 2010. The list has only POTUS and BPM who were in the office at the same time.
