Rand is probably still worse ideologically, but I find her much more sympathetic on a personal level, in spite or even in some ways because of her massive flaws, so I voted Famous Mortimer. He isn't interesting or agitated enough to have the air of tragedy about him that she does.

This. Rand inflicted some of the worst books in history on Western Civilization. Mortimer is just a (fortunately ) unknown Internet hack.
