Clinton would get huge blowout wins in the hand full of super-metro states, but most of the rest would probably go Trump.   

A lot of the "smaller" metros like Twin Cities, Denver, and maybe Portland get completely wasted with the larger land areas, while the only three clear loses Trump would take (that I noticed at least) would be Houston, Atlanta, and Miami.

I recreated this "50 States with Equal Population" map that was discussed a while ago.




Each state is worth around 10 EV's. From 2012, Hillary flipped Chinati and Atlanta, but Trump flipped Mesabi, Sangamon, Tidewater, and the Firelands.
