If Dave Leip is so powerful + benevolent why does bad stuff happen on the forum?

We are told that Leip created the Forum, wrote The Terms of Use and sent his message to be delivered unto us by His faithful prophets or 'moderators'. But in these latter days even the most faithful of His followers have been disturbed by on onslaught of evildoers: spam bots, socks, trolls and hacks have descended upon us. Surely to believe in a benevolent Leip is a childish fallacy, when we can clearly observe His failures to protect the forum that He supposedly cherishes?

Note, I am not arguing from an aleipist perspective. That would clearly be wrong. We can tell that that divine messages have been passed down by a deity referring to itself as Dave Leip. This is obvious. What I propose is that this deity is neutral or even malevolent to the forum inhabitants. It can be the only explanation.

All the bad things happening on this forum are part of Dave's divine plan.  Only Dave knows why he allows unfortunate occurrences on Atlas, but we can trust that everything is in his hands and is all for the better.  Who are we to question the almighty creator?

I believe in Leip, just not the classical "white dude with a neckbeard" image of him. Rather, I think he exists in every post and every thread of the forum, and that people that we dislike, are mere reflections of our own character defects. People that we like and love are true successful manifestations of our deepest most inner self. We are beings of Leip. Our mission, is to be creation, and create positive energy on spaceship Atlas.
