Did they hack the final results, no. But they have tampered with our election in numerous ways with a clear bias towards a particular candidate.

Yeah. The Russians "hacked" the election by leaking truthful, already existing Democrat dirt. It was biased, but I mean so was Obama campaigning against Brexit. That doesn't mean I would peep up if the particular Russians invovled in the phishing scam were tried and went to American jail.
