SO one of my biggest priorities for this assembly is to ensure that we get more players registering in the region, and running for office in the region. While this is an inherently difficult task, increased assembly activity (which we're off to a great start on) and incentives for moving here are at the top of my list of things that should help with that. The Governor's Council on Regional Activity will be an informal council that could report to the Governor maybe once every legislative session with suggestions on how to increase regional activity and registration. We need more than 3 (leftist) members in the assembly and we need greater diversity in party representation. My work with an almost entirely inactive assembly last session was frustrating beyond explanation. I'd like to prevent that from happening again.

Both. The tax incentive is more geared towards npc and the activity commission is for player characters.
