I don't know of a list but here is a resource:  I can't post links yet but go to this thread:

Look at counties that have voted D since 1972 and see if any of them flipped.

Edit:  You will have to page back further in the thread for the 2012 version of the list, I pointed to the 2016 version.  Obviously if they already flipped in 2016 they wouldn't be on that list.

Here is a list of all counties that flipped and the length of the streak of voting for the same party which was broken now. The answer is nineteen.
