Obama has recently stated that if the 22nd Amendment didn't exist and he could run for a third term, he could've beat Trump. Do you thin this is true? Discuss with Maps.

If it is Obama-Biden then I think Trump still wins FL NC and wins OH and IA with a narrower margin.  Trump will do a bit better in CO and VA but not win there,  MI WI and PA will mostly likely go Obama by narrow margins.  So Obama wins by the tiniest of margins.

many people ended up voting for Clinton because she was not Barack Obama.

This is a false statement lol. Obama's approval rating on election day was +17, and while that might have been lower if he were to have run again, it still would've been much higher than Clinton's approval and favorables.

Obama does quite well

I think that Obama would lose trying to go for a third term, because although the people like him, things would almost certainly be different in terms of approval ratings etc. on Election Day (Trump would likely correctly highlight Obama as an ineffective president who did not accomplish much, and that 4 more years of Obama means that things would only get worse). Obama might be extremely charismatic and a great campaigner, but that does not necessarily correlate with being a great politician.
