That's an odd choice for worst in SC.  What makes it worse than say Greenville, Lexington, Aiken, and/or Beaufort in your opinion?  (Those being the counties most similar to York, albeit in different ways.)

Honestly, the people I've known from there make it the worst.  My opinion wasn't really objective.
