If you were running for Senate, Governor, etc. in the present day, who would you want to come and campaign for you?

As a Republican:
Chris Sununu
Scott Brown

Chuck Grassley
Carly Fiorina
John Kasich
Rob Portman
Charlie Baker
Phil Scott
Paul LePage
Paul Ryan
Olympia Snowe
Susan Collins
Orrin Hatch
Pat Toomey
Brian Sandoval
Mike Lee

As a Democrat:
Bob Casey
Mark Warner
Ron Wyden
Joe Manchin
Elizabeth Warren
Russ Feingold
Evan Bayh
Gwen Graham
Patrick Murphy
Pat Leahy
John Sarbanes
Tulsi Gabbard

If Democrat (most probable scenario):
Strategically speaking, Bernie Sanders. Since he's not on the list, Elizabeth Warren.
If Republican: Donald Trump, but since he's not here, Kasich.

Probably Warren. We're close ideologically, she has the best name recognition from that list, and she's a pretty good fit for the area.

I don't think they have to be on the list...

Bernie Sanders is the only choice. Realistically? I guess David Boren. I'd rather die than have Dan Boren campaign with me though.

Joe Manchin, Elizabeth Warren, Tulsi Gabbard.

But not on the list, Jesse Jackson.

This. It would probably depend on which seat I'm running for, but in Seattle, this makes the most sense. I'd probably try to center my campaign on foreign policy, so maybe also some former diplomats, philanthropists, etc.

Republican Support I'd like:
- Marco Rubio
- Nikki Haley
- Ted Cruz
- Eric Cantor
- Lee Zeldin
- Tom Cotton
- Ben Sasse
- Carlos Lopez Cantera
- Mia Love
- Kristi Noem
- Kelly Ayotte
- John McCain
- Lindsey Graham
- Richard Burr
- Paul Ryan

I'd prefer to have some younger support, because of their perceived star power with the movement conservative base. I'd then sprinkle it with some GOP leaders and elders who I am ideologically aligned with.

Democrats Support I'd like:
- Joe Lieberman
- Evan Bayh
- Joe Manchin
- Chuck Schumer
- Andrew Cuomo
- Steve Israel
- Tulsi Gabbard
- Dov Hikind (essentially a republican)
- Simcha Felder (could count as republican, since he caucuses with them)

All of these Dems are close to me ideologically in some shape or form. All except Gabbard opposed the Iran Deal so it would boost my foreign policy creds even more.

Don't limit yourself. That list is just who I'd like to.

Ah, I see.
Then, as a Democrat:
Bernie Sanders
Elizabeth Warren
Barack Obama
Michelle Obama
Joe Biden
Cory Booker
Russ Feingold
Kamala Harris
Sherrod Brown
Tammy Baldwin
Tom Perez
Keith Ellison
Kristen Gillibrand
Joe Lieberman
Jon Huntsman

As a Republican:
Donald Trump
Donald Trump Jr
Ivanka Trump
Eric Trump
Paul Ryan
Jon Kasich
Rob Portman
Scott Walker
Marco Rubio
Charlie Baker
Joe Lieberman
Jon Huntsman
Susana Martinez
Jon McCain

Mind you, these are all purely strategic choices.
