Write-in, Jabba, but Jabba isn't as stupid or as self-delusional as Trump.

If we are going with Harry Potter, Trump is DEFO Gilderoy Lockhart.  Lockhart is more fey and less macho, but probably psychologically the best comparison in fiction.

Obviously Jabba, though a character which I think is an even better fit for him than Lockhart (a good fit, to be sure) is Biff Tannen, for obvious reasons.
